It's '05!
Resolutions.
We all have them, but will we actually follow through? I went to for my annual checkup today and to my horror, I gained almost 10 pounds. Yikes! So, naturally, I have a few resolutions related to keeping healthy:
1. Exercise at least 3 times a week
2. go to Yoga class at least 2 times a week
3. cut the sugar consumption
4. read more
5. be nice to people
6. don't overreact
and the most important one...
7. keep all your resolutions.
Will I succeed? I'll keep you posted.
